Foreign National Residency Permit Extension Denial After Short-Term Marriage Divorce
Although the text cites 'Art. 59bis Abs. 1 des Gesetzes über die Verwaltungsrechtspflege; sGS 951.1, VRP' to confirm jurisdiction, the dispositive only lists the substantive and cost articles, making this procedural citation only contextually relevant unless explicitly ordered in the dispositive. However, since 'Art. 59bis Abs. 1 VRP' was mentioned as establishing jurisdiction which was confirmed, and the decision was made, it is included as a procedural basis for review if interpreted broadly, but based on the strict rule of being cited in the *final orders*, it is omitted as the dispositive only contains orders 1-3 which do not cite it.
B.2019.58 · sg (Art. 2 des Gesetzes über die Verwaltungsrechtspflege; sGS 951.1, VRP)
Traffic Order Appeal Dismissed for Lack of Standing
This is the provision governing the official costs, explicitly cited in the dispositive (Order 2).

Property Owner's Flood Insurance Appeal Dismissed Over Expert Findings

B.2018.83 · sg (Art. 1 Abs. 1 lit. a und Art. 2 VRP)
Procurement Law Compliance Regarding Mandatory Site Inspection Scheduling

B.2016.68 · sg (Art. 2, Art. 15, Art. 16 VRP)
Abolition of Local Area Protection Ordinance Upheld Due to Irrevocable Factual Changes
The text provided in the original decision does not contain orders citing these provisions, but based on the standard template of the requested output, these (if they were present in the dispositive) would be procedural or cost/aid provisions. However, only explicitly cited provisions in the numbered orders are included. The actual dispositive only contains orders 1 and 2.
B.2016.67 · sg (Art. 2 des Gesetzes über die Verwaltungsrechtspflege; sGS 951.1, VRP)
Asylum Rejection Upheld Due to Criminal Conviction and Failed Asylum Claim
This is likely a typographical error for 'Art. 59bis Abs. 1 VRP' mentioned previously, but since the dispositive does not explicitly cite 'Art. 2 VRP', it is excluded based on the rules. (Note: Art. 59bis Abs. 1 VRP was cited earlier and established jurisdiction.)
B.2016.246 · sg (Art. 2 des Gesetzes über die Verwaltungsrechtspflege; sGS 951.1, VRP)
Revocation of Settlement Permit Based on Criminal Convictions Upheld
Cited to establish the subject matter jurisdiction of the Administrative Court (implicitly, as Art. 59bis is mentioned for jurisdiction, and Art. 59bis is not in the dispositive, this is excluded based on the rule, but it is part of the admissibility discussion. Re-checking: only Art. 64, 47, 48, 45 VRP are explicitly cited in relation to admissibility in E.1 leading to entry into the merits).
B.2015.152 · sg (Art. 2 Abs. 1 des Gesetzes über die Verwaltungsrechtspflege, sGS 951.1, VRP)
Foreign National Residence Requirement for Property Acquisition Dismissal
Cited to establish the court's jurisdiction over the case.
