Art. 3 ZStV · Sonderzivilstandsamt

1. Das Amt für Gemeinden und Bürgerrecht führt ein Sonderzivilstandsamt.

2. Das Sonderzivilstandsamt beurkundet

a) ausländische Entscheide und Urkunden über den Zivilstand;

b) die testamentarische Anerkennung eines Kindes;

c) die Namensänderung;

d) die Adoption und deren Aufhebung.
