Art. 1 ZStV · Zivilstandskreis und Amtssitz

1. Das Departement des Innern legt Zivilstandskreise und Amtssitze fest.

2. Die einen Zivilstandskreis bildenden politischen Gemeinden regeln durch Verwaltungsvereinbarung

a) die Zuständigkeit für die Wahl der Zivilstandsbeamtin oder des Zivilstandsbeamten sowie der Leiterin oder des Leiters des Zivilstandsamtes;

b) die Erfüllung der zivilstandsamtlichen Aufgaben;

c) die Aufteilung der Verwaltungskosten.
