Art. 3 GIVU · b) Ausschluss
1. Kein Anspruch auf Vorschüsse besteht, wenn
a) das Kind wirtschaftlich selbständig ist;
b) der Unterhalt des Kindes anderweitig gesichert ist;
c)* ...
d) das Kind sich dauernd im Ausland aufhält;
e)* ...
f) die Eltern zusammenwohnen;
g)* die erforderlichen Auskünfte vorenthalten werden;
h)* wenn das Kind dauernd nicht bei den Eltern lebt und die nach dem Bundesgesetz über die Zuständigkeit für die Unterstützung Bedürftiger vom 24. Juni 1977 [8] zuständige Gemeinde für den Unterhalt des Kindes aufkommt.
