1. Die Auftraggeberin oder der Auftraggeber meldet dem Finanzdepartement Verzeichnisse nach Art. 28 IVöB zur Veröffentlichung.
2. Das Recht zur Einforderung weiterer Nachweise nach Art. 7 dieses Erlasses bleibt vom Eintrag in einem Verzeichnis unberührt.
