Art. 12 EnV · Befreiung a) von der Baubewilligungspflicht

1. Ersatz, Änderung und Instandstellung energetisch wichtiger Bauteile sind von der Baubewilligungspflicht ausgenommen, wenn die Baukosten Fr. 25 000.- nicht erreichen.

2. Dies gilt nicht für die nach Art. 10 des Energiegesetzes vom 26. Mai 2000 bewilligungspflichtigen Anlagen sowie den Ersatz von Wärmeerzeugern nach Art. 12e des Energiegesetzes vom 26. Mai 2000.
