Art. 48 EntG · Ausseramtliche Kosten

1. Der Enteigner entschädigt den Enteigneten angemessen für notwendige ausseramtliche Kosten.

2. Von einer Entschädigung kann ganz oder teilweise abgesehen werden, wenn die Begehren des Enteigneten überwiegend abgewiesen werden.
