1. Der Enteignete hat Anspruch auf Entschädigung in Geld.
2. Enteigneter und Enteigner können sich auf Realersatz einigen.
3. Wird durch die Enteignung ein landwirtschaftliches Gewerbe in seiner Existenz bedroht, so hat der Enteignete bis zum Ausgleich der Ertragswertminderung Anspruch auf geeigneten Realersatz, soweit der Enteigner diesen ohne unverhältnismässigen Nachteil leisten kann.
