Art. 5 Linthgesetz · 2. Festsetzung und Fälligkeit

1. Die jährlichen Anteile der politischen Gemeinden werden unter Berücksichtigung der mutmasslichen Kosten des Linthwerks für längstens fünf Jahre festgesetzt.

2. Die politischen Gemeinden schulden die Anteile auf 1. März des laufenden Jahres.
