Art. 21 WBG · Durchführung

1. Für wasserbauliche Massnahmen an Gewässern wird das Planverfahren durchgeführt, sofern nicht nach Art. 37a f. dieses Erlasses das vereinfachte Baubewilligungsverfahren sachgemäss zur Anwendung kommt.

2. Es ersetzt das Baubewilligungsverfahren.
