Art. 9 StrG · c) Wegklassen

1. Wege erster und zweiter Klasse werden unterhalten.

2. Wege dritter Klasse erfordern keinen Unterhalt. Vorbehalten bleibt der Unterhalt der Fuss-, Wander- und Velowege nach Art. 54 Abs. 1 Bst. abis dieses Erlasses.

3. Es werden sachgemäss angewendet auf

a) Wege erster Klasse die Vorschriften dieses Gesetzes über Gemeindestrassen erster Klasse;

b) Wege zweiter und dritter Klasse die Vorschriften dieses Gesetzes über Gemeindestrassen dritter Klasse.
