Art. 72 StrG · Gemeindestrassen a) politische Gemeinde als Kostenträgerin

1. Soweit keine Beiträge zur Verfügung stehen, trägt die politische Gemeinde die Kosten für Bau und Unterhalt

a)* der Gemeindestrassen erster und zweiter Klasse;

b)* der Fuss-, Wander- und Velowege, soweit diese Funktion besondere Kosten verursacht.

2. Die Grundeigentümerinnen und Grundeigentümer leisten an die Baukosten folgende Beiträge

a) Gemeindestrassen erster Klasse bis 50 Prozent, in sachgemässer Anwendung von Art. 71 dieses Gesetzes bis 100 Prozent;

b) Gemeindestrassen zweiter Klasse bis 100 Prozent.
