Art. 32 StrG · Voraussetzungen

1. Strassen werden gebaut, wenn eine der folgenden Voraussetzungen es erfordert

a) Zweckbestimmung;

b) Verkehrssicherheit;

c) Verkehrsaufkommen;

d)* Schutz der schwächeren Verkehrsteilnehmerinnen und Verkehrsteilnehmer, insbesondere von Fussgängerinnen und Fussgängern, Velofahrerinnen und Velofahrern sowie Menschen mit Behinderung;

e) Interessen des öffentlichen Verkehrs;

f) Umweltschutz.
