Art. 12 StrG · Strassenplan a) Begriff

1. Kanton und politische Gemeinde führen einen Plan über die unter ihrer Hoheit stehenden Strassen mit Angabe der Einteilung.

2. Zum Gemeindestrassenplan gehört ein Verzeichnis der Grundstücke, über die eine Strasse führt, welche nicht als selbständiges Grundstück ausgemarkt ist.
