Art. 100 StrG · Grundsätze
1. Der Bestand von Strassen und die Sicherheit ihrer Benützerinnen und Benützer dürfen nicht beeinträchtigt werden.
2. Unzulässig sind insbesondere Beeinträchtigungen durch
a) Bauten und Anlagen;
b) Pflanzen;
c) Einfriedungen.
