I. Allgemeine Bestimmungen
Art. 1 StrG · Geltungsbereich
1. Dieses Gesetz gilt für öffentliche Strassen. Sie sind öffentlich, wenn sie dem Gemeingebrauch gewidmet sind.
2. Strassen im Sinn dieses Gesetzes sind auch Wege, soweit keine besonderen Bestimmungen gelten.
3. Dieses Gesetz wird auf öffentliche Plätze sachgemäss angewendet.
