Art. 25 PBG · Besondere Bauweise

1. Der Sondernutzungsplan kann in Abweichung vom Rahmennutzungsplan

a) eine besondere Bauweise festlegen;

b) eine höhere bauliche Nutzung im Interesse einer Überbauung von hoher städtebaulicher und architektonischer Qualität zulassen.
