Art. 148 PBG · c) Geltungsdauer

1. Die Baubewilligung gilt während drei Jahren nach Eintritt der Rechtskraft.

2. Die Baubehörde verlängert die Frist auf Gesuch hin einmal um zwei Jahre.

3. Die Fristen ruhen während der Rechtshängigkeit von privatrechtlichen Baueinspracheprozessen.
