Art. 141 PBG · b) Ablauf

1. Das Baugesuch wird den einspracheberechtigten Personen, die dem Baugesuch nicht zugestimmt haben, mit eingeschriebenem Brief unter Eröffnung einer Einsprachefrist von 14 Tagen bekanntgegeben.

2. Baugesuch und Gesuchsunterlagen stehen den einspracheberechtigten Personen während der Einsprachefrist zur Einsicht offen.

3. Visierung und Auflageverfahren entfallen.
