Art. 29 LaG · Rückerstattung

1. Die Behörde, die Beiträge nach diesem Gesetz verfügt, fordert diese ganz oder teilweise zurück, wenn

a) die Voraussetzungen, unter denen die Beiträge gewährt wurden, nicht mehr erfüllt sind;

b) unterstützte Massnahmen nicht ordnungsgemäss durchgeführt werden;

c) Bedingungen und Auflagen nicht eingehalten werden.
