Art. 5 EG-BGS · c) Aufsichtsbefugnisse
1. Die Befugnisse der Aufsichtsbehörden richten sich nach Art. 40 des Bundesgesetzes über Geldspiele vom 29. September 2017.
2. Die Veranstalterinnen und Veranstalter von Geldspielen gewähren der Aufsichtsbehörde unentgeltlich Zutritt zur Spielveranstaltung.
