Art. 22 EG-BGS · Durchführung

1. Die Regierung kann durch Verordnung Vorschriften erlassen, die eine sichere und transparente Durchführung von Kleinlotterien sowie den Schutz vor exzessivem Geldspiel, Kriminalität und Geldwäscherei sicherstellen.

2. Sie kann insbesondere vorschreiben, dass

a) die Ziehung öffentlich durchgeführt und öffentlich beurkundet wird;

b) das Ergebnis der Ziehung im Amtsblatt veröffentlicht wird;

c) der Gewinnplan den Käuferinnen und Käufern von Losen bekannt gemacht wird.
