Art. 18 EG-BGS · Sachgemässe Anwendung der Bestimmungen über Tombolas
1. Art. 7 bis 13 dieses Erlasses werden sachgemäss angewendet, soweit die Bestimmungen über Lottoveranstaltungen nicht ausdrücklich davon abweichen.
2. Die Lottoveranstaltung gilt als Unterhaltungsanlass nach Art. 7 Bst. a dieses Erlasses.
