Art. 5 PG · b) Notverordnungen
1. Die Regierung kann für beschränkte Zeit die zur Abwehr einer schweren und unmittelbaren Gefährdung oder Störung der öffentlichen Sicherheit und Ordnung erforderlichen Notverordnungen erlassen und für Widerhandlungen Busse oder Verweis androhen.
2. Notverordnungen werden längstens ein Jahr angewendet.
