Art. 16 PG · Bestand

1. Die Kantonspolizei besteht aus Offizierinnen und Offizieren, Unteroffizierinnen und Unteroffizieren, Gefreiten, Polizistinnen und Polizisten.

2. Der Sollbestand der Kantonspolizei richtet sich nach den vom Kantonsrat bewilligten Krediten.

3. Wer in die Kantonspolizei eintreten will, muss in der Regel eine Polizeischule besucht haben.
