1. Die Polizeikräfte weisen sich bei jeder Amtshandlung aus.
2. Die Uniform gilt als Ausweis. Wer uniformiert ist, gibt ihren oder seinen Namen bekannt, wenn sie oder er bei einer Amtshandlung darum ersucht wird und es die Umstände zulassen.
