Art. 41 SHG · b) Beiträge
1. Beiträge nach der Interkantonalen Vereinbarung für soziale Einrichtungen IVSE erhalten beitragsberechtigte Kinder- und Jugendheime
a)* ausserhalb des Kantons für st.gallische Betreuungsbedürftige auf Basis der erteilten Kostenübernahmegarantien;
b)* im Kanton auf Basis der erteilten Kostenübernahmegarantien
1. für ausserkantonale Betreuungsbedürftige im Umfang der Vergütungen anderer Kantone;
2. für st.gallische Betreuungsbedürftige in sachgemässer Anwendung der Bestimmungen der Interkantonalen Vereinbarung für soziale Einrichtungen IVSE.
