Art. 25 SHG · b) Verbot der Abschiebung
1. Die politische Gemeinde darf eine Person, die um finanzielle Sozialhilfe nachsucht oder solche bezieht, nicht veranlassen, aus der Gemeinde wegzuziehen, auch nicht durch Umzugsunterstützungen oder andere Begünstigungen, wenn es nicht im Interesse dieser Person liegt.
2. Bei Widerhandlungen gegen dieses Verbot bleibt der Unterstützungswohnsitz am bisherigen Wohnort so lange bestehen, als die betroffene Person ihn ohne behördlichen Einfluss voraussichtlich nicht verlassen hätte, längstens aber während fünf Jahren.
