Art. 22a SHG · e) Verrechnung mit laufenden Leistungen

1. Die Verrechnung der Rückerstattung mit laufenden Leistungen der finanziellen Sozialhilfe ist zulässig, soweit die Kürzungslimite nach Art. 17 dieses Erlasses eingehalten wird und die Rückerstattung rechtskräftig verfügt wurde.
