Art. 13 SHG · Nachzahlung von Vorschüssen

1. Die politische Gemeinde kann bei Bevorschussung von Sozialversicherungs- oder anderen Sozialhilfeleistungen von der leistungspflichtigen Stelle verlangen, dass Nachzahlungen im Umfang der geleisteten Vorschüsse an sie ausbezahlt werden.
