Art. 10 GEB · Ausschluss

1. Kein Anspruch auf Beiträge besteht, wenn der anspruchsberechtigte Elternteil

a)* bei der Geburt den Wohnsitz nicht im Kanton St.Gallen hatte;

b)* die erforderlichen Auskünfte[10] vorenthält;

c)* Sozialhilfe bezieht.
