III. Organisation und Verfahren
Art. 14 ELG · Auskunftspflicht
1. Gesuchsteller und Bezüger erteilen über die massgebenden Verhältnisse wahrheitsgetreu und vollständig Auskunft und reichen nötigenfalls Unterlagen ein.
2. Sie ermächtigen nötigenfalls Amtsstellen, Banken, Versicherungen, Ärzte, Arbeitgeber und Stellen, von denen sie betreut werden, Auskünfte zu erteilen.
3. Verwaltungs- und Rechtspflegebehörden erteilen den Gemeindezweigstellen und der Sozialversicherungsanstalt des Kantons St.Gallen die erforderlichen Auskünfte und reichen die erforderlichen Unterlagen ein, ohne Kosten zu erheben.
