Art. 7 VBG · b) Unselbständige Tätigkeit

1. Keiner Bewilligung bedarf, wer einen Beruf der Gesundheitspflege unselbständig ausübt, soweit nicht besondere Bestimmungen eine Bewilligungspflicht festlegen.

2. Zur unselbständigen Tätigkeit ist berechtigt, wer die Voraussetzungen für die selbständige Berufsausübung erfüllt.

4. Die Bestimmungen der Verordnung über den Betrieb privater Einrichtungen der Gesundheitspflege vom 21. Juni 2011 bleiben vorbehalten.
