Art. 6 VBG · Bewilligungspflicht a) Selbständige Tätigkeit

1. Wer einen Beruf der Gesundheitspflege selbständig ausübt, bedarf der Bewilligung.

2. Bewilligungen können mit Einschränkungen fachlicher, zeitlicher und räumlicher Art sowie mit Bedingungen und Auflagen verbunden werden.
