Appealability of Custody Extension Pending Inadmissible Civil Detention Order
The order is based on the non-admission of the appeal ('Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten'). However, while point 2 refers to Art. 428 Abs. 1 StPO for costs, the primary ground for not entering a finding (Point 1) relies on procedural considerations outlined in the reasoning (e.g., lack of suspensive effect under Art. 387 StPO), but no direct substantive procedural article is explicitly cited in the operative point 1 itself to justify the non-admission. As per the rules, *only* provisions explicitly cited in the dispositive must be included. Since Point 1 only contains a declaratory statement, only provisions related to costs/remuneration are explicitly cited in the operative points 2 and 3.
