Art. 43 GesG · Bewilligungen a) Grundsatz
1. Einer Bewilligung bedürfen
a) die Abklärung und Behandlung von Krankheiten, von Verletzungen und von anderen körperlichen oder seelischen Gesundheitsstörungen;
b) die Geburtshilfe;
c) die Abgabe von Arzneimitteln im Detailhandel.[18]
2. Die Regierung kann durch Verordnung Ausnahmen von der Bewilligungspflicht vorsehen.
