1. Die Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutzbehörde ist für die Zustimmung zur Entnahme regenerierbarer Gewebe oder Zellen bei urteilsunfähigen oder minderjährigen Personen nach dem eidgenössischen Transplantationsgesetz vom 8. Oktober 2004 zuständig.
