Art. 12 GesG · i) Kantonschemiker

1. Der Kantonschemiker ist Leiter des Amtes für Lebensmittelkontrolle.

2. Er erfüllt die ihm durch die Bundesgesetzgebung übertragenen Aufgaben und berät das zuständige Departement in besonderen gesundheitspolizeilichen Fragen.

3. Durch Verordnung können ihm selbständige Befugnisse übertragen werden.
