Art. 7 EG-BB · Bildungsbewilligung
1. Die zuständige Stelle des Kantons erteilt die Bildungsbewilligung, wenn die personellen und betrieblichen Voraussetzungen für eine fachgemässe Ausbildung erfüllt sind.
2. Sie kann Bedingungen stellen und Auflagen machen.
