Art. 12 EG-BB · Unentgeltlichkeit des Unterrichts
1. Für Lernende, die ihre Qualifikationen ausserhalb eines geregelten Bildungsgangs erworben haben und sich ohne Lehrvertrag auf ein Qualifikationsverfahren vorbereiten, ist der obligatorische Unterricht unentgeltlich. Massgebend ist der stipendienrechtliche Wohnsitz der Lernenden.
2. Stütz- und Freikurse an Berufsfachschulen sind in der Regel unentgeltlich.
3. Die Lernenden tragen die Kosten für Lehrmittel, Schulmaterial, Exkursionen und Schulweg, soweit der Lehrvertrag nichts anderes bestimmt.
