Art. 1 VVU · Grundsätze
1. Der Schulrat bildet nach Leistungsfähigkeit, sozialer Herkunft und Muttersprache ausgeglichene Klassen. Er berücksichtigt Quartiergrenzen und Schulwege.
2. Er kann in der Primarschule Jahrgangsklassen oder jahrgangsgemischte Klassen bilden. Lässt die Schülerzahl keine Jahrgangsklassen zu, bildet er jahrgangsgemischte Klassen.
