Art. 72 VSG · Auflösung des Arbeitsverhältnisses a) aus wichtigen Gründen
1. Der Rat kann das Arbeitsverhältnis aus wichtigen Gründen jederzeit mit sofortiger Wirkung oder auf Semesterende auflösen.
2. Als wichtige Gründe gelten insbesondere die Unfähigkeit, die Lehrtätigkeit richtig auszuüben, und andere Umstände, unter denen die Fortsetzung des Arbeitsverhältnisses nicht zugemutet werden kann.
