Art. 7 StipV · g) Verlust

1. Die Beitragsberechtigung geht bei einem einmaligen Wechsel der Ausbildung nicht verloren.

2. Die Beitragsberechtigung verliert, wer ein zweites Mal die Ausbildung wechselt oder von der Ausbildungsstätte weggewiesen wird. Wurde die Ausbildung aus wichtigen Gründen gewechselt, können ausnahmsweise weitere Beiträge gewährt werden.
