I. Allgemeine Bestimmungen
Art. 10 StipG · Dauer der Leistungen
1. Stipendien und Studiendarlehen werden für die ordentliche Dauer der Ausbildung oder Weiterbildung gewährt. In besonderen Fällen sind Abweichungen zulässig.
2. Sie werden insgesamt für längstens zwölf Jahre gewährt. Ausbildungen oder Weiterbildungen, für die keine Stipendien oder Studiendarlehen gewährt wurden, werden angerechnet.
