Art. 4 GGU · Aufhebung

1. Die zuständige Gemeindebehörde hebt das gemeinschaftliche Unternehmen auf, wenn die Aufgaben erfüllt sind oder anderweitig wahrgenommen werden.

2. Ein Aktivüberschuss wird der neuen Trägerin des Unterhalts abgetreten. Ein Passivüberschuss kann im Kostenverlegungsverfahren aufgeteilt werden.
