1. Der Vereinigungsbeschluss regelt für die vereinigte Gemeinde insbesondere
a) Name, Organisationsform und Wappen;
b) Zeitplan für die Vereinigung und Zeitpunkt der Entstehung;
c) den Vollzug hängiger Beschlüsse der Bürgerschaften der beteiligten Gemeinde;
d) die Überführung von Verwaltungsstellen, unselbständigen öffentlich- rechtlichen Unternehmen und Personal.
