B. Abtrennung von Gemeindeteilen - III. Bildung einer neuen Gemeinde
Art. 37 GvG · b) Wahl
1. Die Stimmberechtigten des für die Bildung der neuen Gemeinde bezeichneten Gemeindeteils wählen den Konstituierungsrat.
2. Die Wahl findet gleichzeitig mit der Abstimmung über den Abtrennungs- und Gründungsbeschluss statt. Sie kommt mit Rechtsgültigkeit des Abtrennungs- und Gründungsbeschlusses zustande.
