Art. 165 GG · c) ergänzende Vorschriften

1. Soweit dieser Erlass nichts anderes bestimmt, richtet sich die Abstimmungsbeschwerde sachgemäss nach den Vorschriften des Gesetzes über die Verwaltungsrechtspflege vom 16. Mai 1965 über die Erhebung von Rekursen.
