Art. 162 GG · Anzeige
1. Jede Person kann Mängel in der Führung der Verwaltung einer Gemeinde, eines selbständigen öffentlich-rechtlichen Unternehmens, eines Gemeinde- oder Zweckverbandes der Aufsichtsbehörde anzeigen.
2. Die Aufsichtsbehörde stellt der anzeigenden Person eine schriftliche Stellungnahme zu.
3. Ist die Anzeige offensichtlich unbegründet, kann die anzeigende Person zur Zahlung einer Gebühr und zum Ersatz der entstandenen Kosten verpflichtet werden.
