Art. 18 DSG · b) Beschränkung

1. Das öffentliche Organ lehnt Auskunft und Einsicht ab, schränkt sie ein oder verbindet sie mit Auflagen, soweit öffentliche oder schutzwürdige private Interessen Dritter überwiegen oder ein Gesetz im formellen Sinn dies vorsieht.
